Job Description
Position Title: Production
Wage: $17.50/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 5:30am-4pm
Sick of working 5+ days/week and doing the same monotonous work all day every day? This Wire Assembly position is a 4 day, 10-hour work week (with some overtime) and the work vary daily. If you have a knack for technical work and are familiar with computers, this could be the perfect position for you! Associate to hire in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Use of hand tools to strip and cut wires
- Mark identifying label data on completed harnesses
- Accurately read a tape measure to cut wire to size
- Use a solder iron to connect wires to switches or connectors
Production Requirements:
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work 40 hours per week and be flexible to work overtime
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Efficient with computers
