About the team:

Our team manages relationships for a strategic third-party client. We handle their merchant servicing for a select portfolio of customers.

  • Will need to be able to work late shift of 10am-7pm 2-3 times a month.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be using your customer service/account management experience to deliver an exceptional customer experience for the select portfolio of customers managed.
  • Answer low-volume incoming calls from our main 800 line Mon-Fri.
  • Ability to multitask between managed and unmanaged portfolios
  • Ability to meet SLAs and stay on top of assigned requests.
  • Host conference calls with assigned clients as needed.
  • Educate our clients on how to use our system.
  • Work on side projects or tasks assigned by leadership team

What you bring:

  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to analyze problems and produce a range of options to arrive at preferred solution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organizations and agencies
  • Experience in implementation of work streams to deliver commercial solutions
  • Experience of working with senior management
  • Strong understanding of payment processing.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Expert user of Microsoft Project, Visio and Office
  • Strong client presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and produce a range of options, culminating in a preferred solution
